Ordering

At Xytherionix.com, placing an order is simple and secure. After selecting your desired products, you can add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly. Once confirmed, you will be directed to payment, where you can complete your order safely in an SSL-encrypted environment.

Customers in the Netherlands can pay using iDEAL, credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), or PayPal. Customers in Belgium can pay via Bancontact or credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa).

Shipping Costs

We believe shipping should be worry-free. That is why all orders are delivered to you completely free of charge. There are no shipping fees and no minimum order value required.

Processing and Delivery Time

Once you place an order, we usually need between one and two business days to process it. Orders placed on weekdays are often handled within one day, while orders made in the evening or on weekends may take slightly longer. After processing, delivery typically takes between three and seven business days.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your personal tracking code. Through our partner ParcelsApp, you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery

Once your package arrives, you can immediately enjoy your new purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your order, please consult our Return & Refund Policy for clear instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement the first time. If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Lost Packages

In the rare case that your order is lost or not delivered due to a logistical issue, we will always send you a new package before applying our refund and return policy.

Customs and Import Duties

Occasionally, customs authorities may inspect your package. Since the EU regulation change of July 1, 2021, there is a possibility that a small import fee could be charged. This occurs in less than one percent of orders. If you do face customs fees, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and the package is not accepted, or if it is left at a post office or pickup point but is not collected, it will be returned to us automatically. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from your refund to cover the associated shipping and handling costs.
