What people ask us

The things people ask us most — and the plain answers.

Once I've ordered, where do I watch the parcel's progress?

The moment your order ships, we email you its tracking link; after that, the Follow Your Order page keeps the whole journey a click away. Expect the updates in bursts rather than a steady stream — parcels are scanned when they change hands, not continuously, so a quiet day on the page usually means yours is between hand-over points, moving the whole time.

What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

Nothing to pay within Finland — delivery is free on every order, with no threshold to clear. On timing: from dispatch, the journey typically takes 4–9 business days, and the tracking link lets you watch every stage of it.

Do you only deliver to Finland?

No — Finland simply comes first. The stock sits here, which is why Finnish orders ship free and move fastest. Beyond the border, the delivery map is wide: large parts of Europe and many countries further afield, with a parcel bound abroad tracked just as carefully as one bound for Helsinki.

How do returns and replacements work here?

Simply: you tell us, then you choose. A single message to customer service describing what's wrong is the entire admin — no forms to download, no case portal to log into. The decision that follows is yours alone: a fresh item shipped out, or the purchase refunded, within the 30-day window the Refund Policy sets.

Is there a manual in the box?

Always — a plainly written guide travels inside every Xytherionix box, set out in plain words and clear steps. The guide isn't a one-time thing, either: if yours ever wanders off, one email to us and a new copy is on the way.

What are the products made of, and are they fine for everyday use?

Yes — everyday use is exactly what we design for. If a material can't handle daily use, we don't sell it, and every unit is checked before it ships. Our body lotion lists every ingredient right on the bottle, so if your skin is sensitive, check the list before you start using it. Tools and devices don't carry an ingredient label — there's nothing topical about them — but a short care note in the box tells you what you need to know.

The delivery estimate has come and gone. What should I do?

That waiting feeling is the worst part, and it's almost never a sign of real trouble — a parcel past its estimate is nearly always still moving, just more slowly than expected. Email customer service — put your order number in the message — and we'll take it from there: we contact the carrier and tell you what they say. In the rare case a parcel really is gone, the answer is simple — a replacement or a refund, whichever you choose.

Who is behind Xytherionix?

Two answers, both true. On paper, the store is run by XYTHERON LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. On the ground, your order is handled from a warehouse in Finland — local stock is the reason delivery here is free, quick and tracked, and the reason a support reply comes from someone looking at your actual order rather than a script.
